Erickson Kernell Derusseau and Kleypas has nine patent attorneys covering all aspects of technology.

Which areas do you service?
We provide nation-wide service for all federal matters. Our attorneys are licensed in Missouri and Kansas, as well as before the Patent and Trademark Office.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Firm is owned by five partners, who share in the responsibilities of daily operations.

We are open 8:00am - 6:00pm M-F, and by appointment.
