How long have you been in business?
I have been in this industry since 1998. I opened this business on June 26, 2013.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell toner & ink cartridges. We also provide FREE LaserJet Printer Maintenance to our customers as well as offer a FREE UPS Shipping box with label for the return of their empties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I retired from the Marine Corps in 1995 and started selling cars. After becoming a very successful car salesman, I wanted to try something else. Sold carpet & was successful in that as well. Started working for a company remanufacturing toner cartridges. Started making cold calls & bringing in new customers. Got the company a GSA Contract which doubled their revenue in 6 months. After being an independent contractor helping other companies, I decided to start my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By the quality of service that we provide to the customer. The customer is our number 1 focus and I believe that a lot of companies think that they are doing their customers a favor by allowing them to purchase from them. Our customers are the ones who write our paychecks. When a customer partners with us, they are giving us their trust & confidence in that we will ALWAYS treat them with the highest quality of professionalism, courtesy & respect while supplying their company needs. We are the only company that gives 2 replacements if a customer receives a defective LaserJet toner cartridge from us AND we provide FREE LaserJet printer service to our customers!
