How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father played a large part in my interest in Law Enforcement and Security. My father became a Police Officer in 1969, and has been until his recent retirement in 2011.
Being the owner / operator of Constable Patrol I bring much knowledge of security and Law Enforcement to the field. I have twenty five years combined experience in private security and Law Enforcement.
I was a decorated Police Officer for the city of Kansas City, Kansas from 1995 until I suffered a duty related injury/illness which medically retired me from the force in 2008. I have specialized training as a Police Supervisor, Field Training Officer, and extensive specialized training in Anti-Terrorism, Community Policing, Criminal Street Gangs and Human Trafficking.
I have operated in virtually every aspect of the security industry (Property Security, Loss Prevention, Educational Environment Security, Financial Institution Security, and Health Care Environment Security.

Constable Patrol differentiates itself from other businesses in our category and area in many different ways. The implementation of off duty Police Officers in our Tier 1 category is a tactic that many other companies have not embraced. Constable Patrol is a pioneer in the Kansas City area for embracing this type of deployment.
Additionally, Constable Patrol has a proven method of selecting potential candidates for hire in our Tier 2 category of Security Officers. Unlike other larger companies, we do not utilize temp services or free list websites to garner our employees.
