just had my car serviced by Madrigal's this a.m.-ran over a paint can on the highway on my way into work-called Mike at 0600 and he told me to bring the car over-was unsure if it would need extra work to remove pain splatter but said he would do his best. He called back not too long after-said he was able to get it cleaned off with some extra work, but was not going to charge me for anything extra-extremely pleased with this service! Mike was very friendly/helpful-says likes to treat people like family and he did. Car looks amazing-did a wonderful job-excellent customer service-big thumbs up, Mike!!! Thank you!!
